What’s your warranty policy?

Warranty length depends on the individual product.  Most cameras and camera systems as well as components have a 3 year warranty.  Most networking equipment (switches, wireless access points, etc.) come with a 12 month warranty.  Ask your sales representative for information about the warranty of your specific product.


How do I download the phone app?

Depending on what type of camera system you have, you should be able to download it for free through the Google Play Store (Android) or iTunes (Apple).

The 2 most common phone apps that Kerr Surveillance uses are:
Hikvision - IVMS-4500

Geovision - GV-Eye

The most common phone app for access control is the Geovision - GV-Access
